Soak fenugreek and castor seeds together for 3 hours. |

Soak rice separately for 2 to 3 hours. |

Grind fenugreek till soft and frothy for nearly 1/2 an hour.

rice to fine rawa consistency and mix both together with salt.

Allow to ferment for 24 hours |

Steam Idlis in the usual way. |
