Methi Idli
Ingredients:
par boiled rice - 3 cups (heaped)
fenugreek seeds - 31/2 tsps (levelled) (methi)
castor seeds - few
rock salt - 3 tsps (heaped)

Method:
Soak fenugreek and castor seeds together for 3 hours.
Soak rice separately for 2 to 3 hours.
Grind fenugreek till soft and frothy for nearly 1/2 an hour.
Grind rice to fine rawa consistency and mix both together with salt.
Allow to ferment for 24 hours
Steam Idlis in the usual way.
